Grace & Elm primarily uses USPS for shipping. When selecting a shipping method, remember that First Class mail does not offer any insurance. If a product is damaged during shipping, it is not the responsibility of Grace & Elm.
USPS Priority Mail does include additional insurance to cover the cost of the item in case of damage. Grace & Elm will work with the customer to file a claim.
Returns are only allowed for non-customized and non-personalized pieces.
Please contact us before returning the item to ensure the item is considered non-customized.
The customer is responsible for return postage. Shipping insurance is highly encouraged in case the product is lost or damaged in shipping. If the item is not returned in the same state it was shipped, it will not be refunded.
If an item is lost or damaged in shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and file a claim.
Grace & Elm is not responsible for stolen items, please ensure packages are being sent to a safe location.
Return request must happen within 14 days of receiving the package. If the item is not returned within 14 days from the approved request, the refund will not be given.
